Your Dog

How can you take your dog with you to a foreign country?
I need to know if airlines take your dog, do you pay for a ticket?, do you need a visa for a dog,do you need other papers etc. ?
Want information about Australia.
Australia is very strict with quarantine, as we have so few diseases here. Contact the Australian Embassy in your country and ask them for information about bringing a dog into the country. You need to ask how long the dog must remain in quarantine, what immunization treatments they need, how much they charge per day for the service, how often you are allowed to visit and where the quarantine centres are. They would have one at each capitol city, but if you are going into the country you could be hours away from your dog. Your dog will travel in a crate, so you will probably want to break the journey somewhere, perhaps Hawaii.
You also then must check all the rules and regulations and bringing the dog back to your own country, if you intend to return.
