Why does my TV smell of urine? I turned it on it’s side and it REEKS of wee?

The TV is about 5 years old and last night wouldn’t turn on. I pressed the on button enough to pop it into the TV. So to get it out, I’ve rolled the TV on its side and it reeks of wee. I don’t have pets in or around the house and my children don’t pee on the furniture. Could this be to with the break down of plastics from heat? Any suggestions welcome.

I would be more inclined to suspect some critter. Mouse?
