How could you measure the amount of water in food?

Is their any technology or methods to measure the amount of water in foods without affecting the used food?

You can weigh the food and then dry it and weigh it again. There are dried foods of most types that are used. As far as measuring it without changing the food at all, no. Just doing a test on a sample.
