How do you retrain a cat to drink from her water bowl?

Recently, my sister has been letting my cat drink straight from the water faucet. Now she refuses to drink from her water bowl. I’ve tried not giving her the faucet at all, but she still refused, which dehydrates her.

She probably prefers the fresh water from the faucet. Get a pet fountain at Petsmart.
