How many First Generation Trekkies are there?

Myself included,…
I’ve been wondering, why the original cast hasn’t done any new Animated series lately, in the style of Anime. Using their voices, It would be great to see one or two of the better novels (that picks up after ST VI).
Well, for vanity sake, they can be portrayed as they were when they did Star Trek VI (Bill has gotten a little plumpy since) Also, They can get away with a lot if they did do an Anime Variation of a Star Trek novel.
It would be cool, don’t you think if it were done in the technique of the Anime Appleseed or Ghost in the Shell.
Even an Adventure, with the Just Capt. Sulu and the Excelsior crew, it would be cool too.
The fan base is there, I’m sure the market is there to support such a venture.

I think we should bug them, because an other Star Trek series would very very good, because like all of them that I know of are in repeats:(
