Hi all, got a job in DC close to van ness-udc station. can anyone suggest good areas to live in. we are a family of two adults and three children. I want to live in a decent area also with good schools for children. and could anyone also give me an idea of renting prices. thanks.

The Van Ness area is a decent but high-rent area with good schools. You should first decide how much space you’ll need, how much you can spend, is parking important, public transportation access, how long of a commute to work/school and if you want to live in DC, MD or VA.
