Does anyone use an ultrasonic anti-barking device for dogs?

My dogs (2 small Schnauzers) are barking loudly almost all the time and some friend of mine suggested that I could try an ultrasonic device which will make Aris & Lucky (my dogs) stop barking. Is it harmful for dogs? Does it really work? Thank you for your kind advice.

Nope;I don’t fall for useless expensive SCAMS.
No sound is magical….or “harmful”.
