Can you set different levels with this collar for bigger dogs and how? The collar came with no Instructions, is there a website that gives the instructions/manual to it?

Return it for a refund. PetSafe is the lowest quality of all the electronic dog trainers on the market. That includes electronic fences. The only brands worth considering are Tri Tronics, Dogtra and Invisible Fence.
