Two Dog Training
When potty training two dogs with pads, will they go on the same pad or should i lay out different ones?
They will most likely WANT to use the same pads. Dogs tend to want to pee over the area other dogs have peed. It’s a natural, territorial thing.
That being said, as a dog trainer, I highly discourage the use of Pee Pads. Especially if you ever want to teach these dogs (when they’re older or whatever) to go outside. Pee pads make it “ok” for them to eliminate in the house. This habit can be very difficult to break.
