how do I get my dog to have more drive/speed through the tunnel?

One thing you can try, is you yourself be running as fast as you can away from the tunnel end when your dog enters… so he has to chase you.

Another thing you can try is chucking a ball, toy, or treat he can see away from the tunnel end, so again he has to chase it. Toys will work better because training-treats are small and hard to see. Do this frequently and he’ll be more likely to try to get in and out of the tunnel fast, to either chase you, or get his favorite ball/treat.
