“Pedi Paws” pet nail trimmer?

Okay, so my mom just bought one for our two dogs, and I want to know beforehand if 1) it works as good as it says, and 2) if it will hurt them in any way.

My dogs have to be muzzled when clipping their nails so we bought the petipaw. It works well it just takes quite a bit more time than clipping. They HATED it at first but they have gotten better with the drimmel.
