Are there “pee proof” convertible carseat covers for when you are potty training? Or, what do you do?

I’m going to start potty training my toddler this coming weekend, and I was thinking… Say next week when he gets used to the idea of going in the potty, are there covers for the carseat in case he has an accident? I’m assuming I’ll take him out in underwear. Or, do you put your child in Pull-Ups when you go out and are first training? I’m just afraid of an accident in his carseat. Are there “pee proof” covers, or what do you do?
