What frequency on my electronic Dog Whistle should I use on my Jack Russell?

I just got a new electronic dog whistle for training my female Jack Russell. I know there are many different frequencies you can use but I don’t want to use the wrong frequency and possibly hurt my dog. My goal is to have a frequency that just gets her attention and doesn’t hurt or scare her.
