Shock collar + Training Collar?

We’ve got a dog who barks all morning so I want to get him a shock collar. The thing is, sometimes he will whine at night and he’s gotten really good at it. He sounds like a tea kettle. I suspect a shock collar wouldn’t be triggered by that though, so do they have a bark collar with a remote for manual correction? He’s a small/medium dog and I’m hoping to find something not too expensive.

Instead of a shock collar they have a collar that blows air in their face which they really dislike. It much more humaine. I believe some do have remotes but mosy are triggered by bark.
