has anyone ever heard of those id tags that look like charms and you look through them?

I heard from my Vet that they make dog id tags that look like charms and you look through them to see their information. Anyone have one? Is it like a magnify glass? How would someone know to look through them to get the info?
I need a pom pup id tag but all of the ones i find are too big, suggestions?
where would i get one? How do they get engraved?

It says “INFO–>” on the side. It is user friendly, I have had one. The problem I had was it fell off after a year or so.
