How to stop dog from licking incision with out using the lampshade collar?

My dog was just spayed and is wearing that lamp shade collar to stop her from licking it. Problem is that collar is too big for her to get through the doggy door. And leaving her outside all day is not a great option when it was 110 degrees out lately. And we also don’t want the incision to get dirty from laying outside. Anyone have any other options? Is there Dog Pants out there?
To Bob – I have a job during the day so opening the door for her when she needs to go will not work.

depending on how big your dog is…
i have a Miniature poodle and when she was spayed we cut the arm off a turtle neck sweater (or long sleeved shirt) and made a head hole and leg holes, then tapered the back to fit more comfortably leaving the stomach section long enough to cover the incision.
