What does it mean when my male 9 month year old puppy sticks his bum in my 15 year old male dog’s face?

It is very cute but I’d like to know what this behavior means?

My puppy walks up to my older dog turns around and then shoves his bum in his face. Then he spins around, does a 360 and body checks him. Then my older dog falls.

Could possibly just be wrestling? I’ve seen dogs swing their hindquarters into other dogs while wrestling, either a sort of body-check, or avoiding being bitten on their fronts.

Just an idea.
