Is it safe using stainless steel mixing bowl with white spot on it?

I just got 3 new stainless steel mixing bowl for baking .I just use them once and wash them and left one of them on the counter and then the next day ,I notice that I got some white spots on the bowl .is it safe to use that bowl?

It’s either a soap residue or calcium either way a paper towel and white vinegar will fix you up.
