What age can you start to wear just a sport bra when you work out?

I’m 16, and I’m not asking for me!! I’m asking because I’m in 11th grade and 7th graders came to my school gym today (I HAVE NO IDEA WHY) and only had capri and sport bras on. I called them sluts cause they’re only in 7th grade. Don’t you think that’s a little young to be wearing just that to work out?

i see young girls walking around like that and i wonder if they have parents. i say 17-18 is appropriate.
