Neighbors with dogs that wont quit barking.?

our neighbors have 3 big dogs that bark from 6am to 11pm. We have offered to loan them bark collars, Dog Training books, etc,, but they wont do anything about it!!!!
I have seen these ultra sonic devices that are suppose to deter dogs from barking.. one was even disguised as a bird house… has anyone used these with any success?
does anyone have suggestions,, these neighbors just don’t care!

I would advise against using any form of deterrent as these can actually harm the dog’s hearing and get you in trouble with the police. Anything you do even spraying water on their dogs can get you in trouble with the local cops. As the dogs are considered Personal Property in some areas.

You have done all you can in a friendly neighbour way. But unfortunately no matter what you are going to do the neighbours will be upset if you choose to call the local By-law officer. And get them ticketed.

So your only options I would say is the Local By-law officer and risk getting your neighbours mad or ear plugs as a passive solution. Really there is no easy answer to this as there are neighbours involved..
