I was wondering if anyone has or had a cat with its claws and another cat with soft paws.
I’m moving back home soon and my parents have two declawed cats. I have two cats and am against getting them declawed. I’ve suggested the soft paws covering and they were less than excited about the idea, saying it was an, “unfair advantage”.
I understand where they are coming from, but the prospect of giving them up makes me incredibly sad, and I’m hoping some testimonials from people about soft paws will encourage them to let me keep my cats. Thanks in advance!!

Clawed and declawed cats CAN live together. Cats use their back claws more for fighting so there is no advantage or disadvantage.
As long as you use slow introductions, you should be fine. Just keep your cats nails trimmed once a week and if you want to use the SoftPaws that would be ok.
