Small little crampy pain on the lower abdomen?

Its been going on for a week but I have this weird little pain (Mostly cramp, not that painful but bothers) Just above my penis, more to the right where it meets my thigh. It tends to feel better after I pee. I also have been having it on the left and right lower abdomen. I think it could be my diet since it has been off lately. It also gets like it as the day progresses. I know it isn’t a UTI or a Hernia since there isn’t a bump anywhere.
