How can i get my dog to stop barking at our cows and horses?

She is a 2 year old German Shepherd / husky cross and we can’t get her to stop barking and biting at the horses and cows. The solution would be simple if the livestock would kick at her or something, but they don’t! I’m just worried that one day one of my newborns will be chased through a fence, or injured by her. In any other situation she is a perfectly behaved dog with amazing recall and manners. This is the only situation where she is bad! any suggestions would be muchly appreciated!
My dog sees the horses and cows every day, no matter how hard we try behaviour modification (including the pennies thing). the problem is that she is outside with them when we are at work and we have no way of controlling the behaviour while we are away! it would be way to expensive to buy a modification collar and/or fence for a 1/4 section of land! I’m almost at my wits end!

Take her outside towards your live stock. Have a empty tin can filled with pennies. if she barks shake it. it hurts there ears. One more thing never yell. then they think your joining in with them! hope everything goes well.
