I want to set up a speaker on my side porch to play a loud ultrasonic frequency to my neighbors dog.tellmehow?

What ultrasonic frequency can I record to a CD to play at my neighbors dog from my side porch stereo. This dog has been a constant unbearable barking nuisance and I want to play it some painful frequency in response.
The neighbors have been told about their dog problem. To no avail. This is a house kept “Yorkie” that can be heard all day long as the neighbors are seldom at home. I’m sure the dog is well taken care of but it barks ALL day long from inside the house.

I agree with most everyone that has answered. I lived on a huge boat with a Yorkie as my dog. He barked incessantly. You can’t live on a boat with a nuisance like his barking. I had his vocal cords cut, he still barked constantly, but it came out as a whisper. It isn’t cruel, it isn’t anything but peace to your neighbors. He lived 19 years, so it surely doesn’t cut into their lifespan. So, if you have a dog that barks incessantly and you don’t want to give him up or move to the woods, see about cutting his vocal cords. Believe me he won’t know the difference, but your neighbors will, and you won’t be constantly telling him to be quiet.
