When ordering a Korean meal they also bring out a bunch of tiny side dishes. What are these called?

When I go to my favorite Korean restaurant and place my order they will always bring out close to 10 tiny side dishes to accompany my meal. What is this called? There’s a name for this entire collection of side dishes and not the individual plates.

Before the meal, diners are usually presented with a selection of cold condiments known as either banchan or panchan. These can be nibbled alone, or saved to accent the entrees. The most familiar is probably kimchi, a fermented cabbage with chili pepper heat. Other items might include thin fish cakes, cool dish of bean sprouts in a sesame seed marinade, cucumber in a spicy sauce, seasoned daikon radish slices or cubes.
