what is the best way to shrink a size medium shirt to turn it into a size small shirt?

it’s a 100% cotton shirt.

Try this shrinking tip-Soak the shirt in very hot water. You can do that a couple of times. Then wash it in hot water and dry it on high heat. The hot water helps shrink clothes, but the high heat is what does most of the shrinking. You can repeat this step a few times but it does work. I have been small all my life and have had to shrink clothes many many times. I hope this helps you! Good luck!
