How much weight do i need to lose in order to wear a medium shirt?

20 years old and either 5’8 or 5’9 and 170 pounds. still a bit chunky but i plan to get down to 155-160 and at 170 all my large polos look really huge on me. even some of my tshirts look much too big. i was like 195 pounds before i lost a bunch of weight this summer. probably the best thing to do would be to actually go to a store and try on some t-shirts and polos

all shirts are different, & the size of the shirt doesnt really matter, its finding the right fit. so try on a medium & a large & pick the one that looks & feels the best.

& nick b it would be lose weight not loose, smartie.
