Sagging teats on dog, some type of shirt to hold them up?
I recently adopted a dog and she has sagging teats from a litter no one knows when she had. We’re not sure if they will go all the way back to normal or not. I heard from someone that they make some type of wrap or shirt that is made to hold them up just to make her more comfortable when exercising. Does anyone know if they really do make these? A regular dog shirt wouldn’t reach far back enough to hold up the saggiest part. If they do make these, where might they sell them? Thanks!
Oh, and she is a rather large Pit Bull if that matters any.
I have never heard of anything like that, but if you think shes in some discomfort from exercising etc, you could always try a Belly Band? These are made for male dogs who are incontinent, but they wrap around their stomachs where the penis in, so on a female it would wrap around and hopefully hold up her teats… I hope you find the solution and good on you for adopting and wanting to make your new family member as comfortable as possible!
