Myths I heard?

-Massaging your scalp can make your hair grow longer and faster (on the head)
-Vaseline makes your eyebrows and eyelashes grow longer if put on every night in a small amount
-Eyesight can be improved if you routinely do eye exercises
-Your eyes can change colors if you swallow lots of colored ink
-One full day without food, but just drinking water, is healthy for your body and heart

Can anyone justify these myths? Do you have any myths that your really think is true to share?

1 – True. Improving blood circulation can help stimulate hair growth. There is a limit, though. If you already have adequate circulation, massaging isn’t going to make your hair grow more. Massaging your cuticles (fingernails) can help improve their growth as well.
2 – False. But it might block your pores and make you break out.
3 – It’s true that eye exercises are good for you. However, they are more likely to preserve than improve your vision.
4 – False.
5 – This depends on your health and your religious views. Done in moderation, some people agree that this can be good for you.
