I’m thinking you’re a cart pusher and were called down for writing your name on their vest, not a good thing, use a name tag. A stick on is fine.What if everyone that used the vest wrote their name on it, it would look horrible. I’ve never worked at a Walmart so I can’t address the wearing of your vest to breaks and lunch but if they have a hang up about it just take it off when you eat. Perhaps they don’t want you to spill anything on it, I can understand that. No you don’t have a case.
