Roast Beef
How do I cook my roast, the beef and potatoes have to be cooked at different temperatures?
The roast potatoes have to be cooked at 230 for 30 mins, and the roast beef is to be cooked at 180 for 65 mins
The Beef is to be done at 180c/350f and the potatoes 230c/450f
The reason the times are short is I’m just cooking for myself. The beef is only 0.515kg, and the roast potatoes are frozen Aunt Bessies…
Put the beef in at 180c for 40mins,
turn the oven up to 230c and put the roasties on the top shelf, after 15/20 mins the beef should be done, remove and let rest while the roasties finish.
