Reflective Dog Collar

Where can I find a reflective Sport Dog harness mesh style for a 27″ chest?

Our 8 month old black lab mix is in need of one of these. We tend to walk late at night and early in the morning. We go camping quite a bit as well. So we really need a reflective one. He likes to swim and the collar material type ones take FOREVER to dry! I can find one easily but the sizes seem to stop at 26″ chest. His chest is already bigger than that at the largest part of his chest. Does anyone have any ideas? We live in the Denver area but will order online if needed.
In addition to the responses given. I will let you know I have done extensive searches. The problem is the SIZE. All seem to stop at 26″ or are made of the same material as the collar (not water resistant) which are NOT mesh.
