Best kind of harness for a Small Breed puppy?
I’m in the process of getting ready to adopt a papillon puppy, and want to know what type of harness people recommend I use? Does it matter? I see some that say they are padded which is suppose to make them more comfortable. Can I just get any type or is there some that are better than others? I don’t need any of those kinds that prevent jumping or anything, just a simple harness for walks. Thanks!
