Is it better to buy a rabbit from a rabbit farm or a pet store?***?

I might be getting a rabbit, so I was wondering-is it better quality and attitude of rabbits if you get them from a rabbit farm or from a pet store? I would prefer one that is easier to train or one that is already potty-trained in one of those crates that has the tray for waste under the cage itself. Either way is fine, but I was wondering which kind would be better+with less medical bills/price.
Please help!!! I need suggestions/advice ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Preferably it would be a young/adult rabbit, not senior. And a nice looking one too with not too much care needed.

It’s actually called a Rabbitry, and you can find several responsible, reputable breeders through www.arba.net and the rabbit breed clubs.

Don’t buy from breeders who sell rabbits as gifts (Easter, Christmas, etc) as these animals only wind up in shelters, or in the wild to fend for themselves. A responsible breeder breeds to better the breed and they actively show, but they will occasionally have pet quality purebred animals for sale.

No matter where you get a rabbit, you can be faced with unexpected medical bills, but breeders breed for good health and temperments, plus they KNOW what they’re talking about and know rabbit care, so they are MUCH more knowledgeable and reliable than a pet store.

Crates?? You mean a cage? lol. The all-wire cages are nice, and many breeders keep these cages. They are easy to clean, and very easy to disinfect, plus they come in all sorts of sizes. I would recommend 24inx24in as the smallest, but really get the largest that you can afford.
