How soon after applying Advantage Plus flea, etc. treatment can I bathe my dogs?

I (stupidly) threw away the instruction sheet inside the box and my Vet‘s office is closed for the weekend. I put the Advantage on them on Tues. and today they found a mud puddle to play in and REALLY need a bath. I’m pretty sure I can bathe them now without diluting the effect of the flea, etc. treatment but would feel better about it with confirmation. Thanks in advance for your help.

48 hours according to manufacturer. Frontline goes into the skin which is why I think people tend to use it more, so it is not as likely to be washed away, however, Advantage product only coats the skin. They both claim to be waterproof, however reports indicate that consumers feel the medication gets weakened by washing.
