Where can I find replacement parts for the S.A.M./Penn Plax Pink Princess hamster cage?

I accidentally cracked the screw-on top of the tower while I was cleaning the cage and the little Houdini promptly figured out a way to escape from it. I don’t want to buy a whole new $30 cage for one small part, and I don’t think the “lookout tower” with the flip-top lid by the same manufacturer is a good idea considering how easily she escapes. I don’t care what color it is, though.
I didn’t find the part I wanted on the website, but it did have an e-mail address, so I contacted Penn Plax. They were very helpful and are sending me the part free of charge. Thanks!

I don’t know exactly which part that you’re missing but I hope that helps! Otherwise, try going to a Petsmart, they may or may not have your broken piece replacement, or one compatable with the cage, most are the same size, it may just be a different color.
