My remote Training Collar suddenly does not work?

It’s a Spray Collar, not a shock collar. Petsafe remote spray trainer, if it needs to be exact. I got it new just yesterday and tested it. Turned it on, filled it, charged it, went through all of the functions(not on my dog or myself, just as is)it worked fine for everything. But today I went to use it and the spray feature stopped working. It chirps the negative and positive tones and lights up, but when I try the spray(no matter what setting, there’s 4 “levels”)it only clicks. It’s supposed to flash a light to tell you it’s working and it does do that but no spray comes out. I’ve charged it AGAIN, reset it, refilled it, and nothing. I haven’t dropped it or got it wet, scratched it, kept it somewhere too cold/hot, or clogged it with anything.

I told you they were useless….
