Pet travelling interstate, in a few weeks… name of medication I need to ask Vet for?

Im transporting my animals interstate next month when I move.

You will need a current health exam in order to have medication prescribed to your dog. The only drug I can think of is called Acepromazine, which is a mild dog tranquilizer, you can ask about that and it comes in little pills to easily medicate your dog. Don’t feed your dog prior to flight, cuz a tranq’ed dog may vomit up its food, and that can be dangerous. If its ok with the airline you could put a water bottle on the front of the crate.
