Do I need to brush my pet monkeys teeth?

I am thinking about getting a pet monkey and I would like to know if you need to brush their teeth? I was wondering about this because I could not find any special monkey tooth brushes and a lot of monkey toys have “teeth cleaning and gum massaging nubs”.

Monkeys make terrible pets. Don’t get one.
