Where can I find a half decent dog sweater pattern?

The dog is kind of like a Shih Tzu, 16″ long in the back and 18″ around the thickest part of her chest. I was hoping for stripes and maybe a little matching hat. LOL. O.K. the hat might be a bit much be it’s for a girl dog if that makes any difference.
I’m looking for a knitting pattern.
