Nail Trimmer
question about the pedi Paw Nail trimmer?
like to here from those who own one. does it work well?does it do the job? is it easier than nail clipping? i have chihuahuas that have the tiniest nails.would this be good to get for them? id appreciate all feedback on this .thanks.
I have one and like it very much
Years ago I tried to use a dremel but because of the amount of coats that my dogs had the coats twisted around the shaft of the grinder stone and pulled out of my hand and gave my dog a very bad brush burn twice – I like Pedi Paws because it has the guard on it.
My dog that hates it when I try to clip her nails (she has black nails and I often clip into the quick) will lay on her side and let my use the Pedi Paws – I do wish it had more powder as it takes a long time to make any progress on nails that are as large as my dogs – I think that on a Small Dog it would work much better
I now also use it on my own toe nails
If I can find a rotary tool that has more poser – but still has the guard I will but that. Meanwhile it is clippers and a friend to hold the dog when they really need to be cut back and the Pedi Paws to maintain when they are already the right length.
