what are the signs of prenancy and labor symptoms for a mini pinscher dog?

my dog has very saggy tits, but just a little tiny bulge in her belly. She has been taking these weird loud wining spells that last afew minutes. She also keeps hiding in her box away from every one, which is so not her. Could you please help me find some answers? Thank You!

Here’s a thought….Take the dog to a Vet rather than let it suffer while you wait for an answer online????
