What type of swing set is better to own a wooden one or metal one? owning a dog as well?

I bought my son a wooden playground/swingset a year ago, but had a puppy who chewed it all up within that year. So now i’m in the process of getting a new playground set for him again. But am undecisive due to the fact that we have another puppy in the yard What is best for my son (hes 2) and if a wooden or metal one which is best that wont rust and will last long. Thanks
