Where is the best place to get a decently priced scat mat?

You know, those electrical mats that are Vet approved, my cats aren’t allowed in a lot of places in the house, including, Kitchen counters, tables, sofa’s, parent’s room. And my parent’s are getting fed up with the cats.. Something has to be done. So, I found these on google, but they seem pretty pricey, where can I get a decently priced one? I’d prefer it to be like $30, but I don’t know.
