is there a such thing as over massaging?
can it damage the tissue to massage the skin too much? i usually use a massaging tool and a vibrating roller massager daily and sometimes i will use a body brush?
too much of anything is not good for you. maybe if you masssage yourself for an hour everyday but I wouldn’t go for any longer if I were you. Well, I wouldn’t take any chances with having to go to the doctors anyway.
