How do I get my dog to jump hurdles?

I want to teach my dog to do flyball but when I set out hurdles she goes around them. I have her on her leash and jump over them myself but she goes around every time. Any suggestions?

Try them at a low, low, height to start, maybe only 1/4 inch off the ground. Then you get on one side and her on the other, offer her a treat and make her jump over the hurdle. Do this a few times, and then run with her and jump the hurdle with her, if she goes over, immediately give her a treat and praise. Gradually raise the hurdle and repeat the procedure. She will eventually jump over them without the treat reward. She has to learn how to do this.
