Where can i get a leash/lead….in san jose area.?

that is 3 feeet long, i need it to be 3 feet long or smaller in the san jose area.
because most of them are 4′ and longer i cant have that,

You can order 30″ leather leashes from J&J Dog Supply.
I see 3 ft leather leashes on www.fordogtrainers.com you can order.
Or you can have a leather craftsman make a custom-made length leash for you. You can take a 4 ft leather leash to a shoe repair or saddle shop & they can make it into a 3 ft leash for you.
