Lead Harness

my puppy is 12 wks old she has a collar but wont walk with the lead should i get a harness?

They get scared, first until she gets used to, put on her collar and tie a long string to it and let her run around with it so she can get a little comfortable, after she does not have a problem with the sting, put the leash and also let her just walk with it and around the house.
When she is ready (you will know) just pick up the leash and say lets go or what ever command you want.
If she still wont walk, pull a little bit, and when she takes a step reward her.
Training takes time and patience!!
