What is the best dog Barking Control for large stubborn dogs?

I have an 85 lb boxer/lab mix dog with a huge barking problem. Anytime someone walks by the house or knocks on the door. They have some different collars out there, just seeing if anyone has any luck with any of them for BIG STUBBORN dogs(citronella, sonic, shock) Thanks!
