Itchy Skin In Dogs Treatment

Dog skin problem, please help! Urgent!!!!!?

My sister has had her dog to the Vet unsuccessfully with itchy,sore, scabby ears full of wax all the time. He also has an itchy, red skin condition on his underneath and his hair is falling out. He needs it fixed asap. Any ideas. please. He is so unhappy and she is at her wits end. She has paid £300 so far on treatment and nothing has helped.
Has anyone solved this problem in their dog or had a similar condition treated.

Not sure just dog meat and mixer. Will ask her x
ears and skin dry, scabby and itchy.Has been to 3 vets, had three courses of steroids and been treated for fleas,mites and ticks, just in case.

It kind of sounds like a yeast infection or allergies. My Shih Tzu had something very similar. Try changing the diet to a better food that doesn’t have artificial products and by products in it. Try Pet Promise Dog Food is a good brand. Also you can get monistate cream and rub it on the parts of the skin that are itchy and scabby this should help. Don’t put any flea products on him this will make his skin worse (shampoos, collars, sprays) Also children’s benadrel for allergies can help too only give half a the pill a day. If this doesn’t help then have the vet do more blood test to check kidney functions.
